2020 has been a remarkable year as the world has grappled with the coronavirus pandemic. It has affected many nations and there is a constant need to be mindful of our responsibilities to others. It has affected Grace Church this year too. For a while our in-person gatherings were suspended and now restarted we had to find a new venue.
The situation and government advice are changing rapidly, and we will be continually reviewing how the developing situation impacts us as a church, and we will do our utmost to be quick and clear in communicating with you. We are fortunate to have a number of doctors and other medical professionals in the church and they provide the church with additional advice to help us gather responsibly but not fearfully.
Our vision is still the same – we want to lead people to discover the fullness of life by helping them find and follow Jesus. But how we outwork that vision is going to change in the coming weeks and months. We are focusing on small groups where we can and online meetings and gatherings where we can’t.
