Plan your visit

First visits come with questions, so here are the answers before you have to ask. The short version: come at 15:00 on Sunday, wear what you like, and stay to talk afterwards.

What to expect

Relaxed but focused

Our services last around an hour and a half. We worship Jesus in song for about twenty minutes, led in a contemporary style. Then someone teaches from the Bible for about half an hour, applying Scripture to real life in our time and culture. We pray together, and every few weeks we share communion, bread and wine remembering the cross.

Afterwards there is time to talk, and many weeks there is fika. Friendly people will greet you when you arrive, and nobody will put you on the spot or ask you to stand up.

Good questions to ask

  • What about my children?

Children join the start of the service, then head out to their own groups. Grace-Small welcomes ages 1 to 4 and Grace-Kids ages 5 to 12, both running during the service with games, Bible stories and friends.

  • What should I wear?

Come as you are. You will see everything from jeans to Sunday best, and nobody is checking. Stockholm winters are the only dress code we enforce.

  • What if I come alone?

You will not stay alone for long. Our welcome team will look out for you, help you find a seat, and introduce you to a few people. Coming for the first time is the hardest part, and you have almost done it.

An English-speaking church

Grace Church worships in English, so you can belong from your very first Sunday. If you would feel more at home in Swedish or Swahili, we have planted two churches for exactly that.

  • Swedish Grace in Swedish

En kyrka vi planterat för svensktalande. Kom och var med, vi ser fram emot att träffas.

Write to us and we will connect you.

  • Neema in Swahili

Kanisa tulilolipanda kwa wasemaji wa Kiswahili. Njoo ujiunge nasi, twakusubiri kwa hamu.

Write to us and we will connect you.
